Return Process

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
